Rosie O’Donnell is a first-time grandmother, daughter gives birth to baby girl

Actress, activist and former TV host Rosie O’Donnell is a new grandmother.

O’Donnell’s 21-year-old daughter, Chelsea, welcomed baby Skylar Rose with her boyfriend, Jacob Bourassa, according to O’Donnell in several Twitter posts Wednesday.

O’Donnell also posted photos of her holding the new a baby, calling herself “nana” and writing “joy” on another post.

O'Donnell is an adoptive and foster mother and also established a foundation to help children, called For All Kids.
