Twitter users had a field day comparing Lil Wayne’s outfit to McDonald’s iconic burger thief the Hamburglar and SpongeBob SquarePants.

“Why Lil Wayne got those SpongeBob boots on?” one user asked.

“Lil Wayne coming strong with the Hamburglar tribute tonight,” another joked.

“He will be every single meme we see tomorrow,” another predicted.

And another tweet compared the singer to Johnny Depp’s Willy Wonka.
