Michael Jackson's dermatologist Arnie Klein is suing over claims the he instructed the late pop star's personal physician Conrad Murray on how to administer Propofol.

Arnie's attorney Richard L. Charnley tells ET that the two docs have never met, or even spoken with each other.

"Dr. Klein did not know that Conrad Murray even existed until his name came out in the press," Richard adds. "Further, Dr. Klein did not provide Propofol to Conrad Murray and obviously did not teach him how to administer it."
