Guide: Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park
Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park opens this weekend with an inaugural concert by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and follows up with four performances by the Eagles. If you're planning to go to a concert there this spring or summer, here are a few tips you should keep in mind.

TICKETS

• Tickets are available from the amphitheatre box office
• Children 5 years old and under are allowed in free, with no seat, with a paid adult.
BOX OFFICE/WILL CALL
• Main box office is located on the east side.
• Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
• Hours:
Non-event days: Mon.-Fri. 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Sat. 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Sun. 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Days of event: Mon.-Fri. 10 a.m. till event closes; Sat. 10 a.m. till event closes; Sun. 12 p.m. till event closes.
DIRECTIONS
NOTE: You'll receive a parking lot assignment with your event ticket. Each parking lot has a different entry road.
From the North:
Take GA 400 North. Take Exit 9, Haynes Bridge Road and turn left. Make a left at Westside Parkway and follow the signs to your pre-assigned parking lot.
From the South:
Take GA 400 South to Exit 10, Old Milton Parkway/GA 120. Turn right onto Old Milton Parkway and follow to Westside Parkway. Make a left turn and follow Westside Parkway, and follow the signs to your pre-assigned parking lot.
PARKING
A parking pass with a preassigned space is included with the ticket. A shuttle is available from Lot N.

SEATING
• More than 7,000 covered seats and 5,000 seats on the lawn
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
• 72 wheelchair-access seats plus companion seats
FOOD
• You may not bring in your own food and beverages.
• You can buy sandwiches, snacks, salads and drinks (prices vary) on site from the concession stands or pre-order your picnic basket online. Picnic baskets serve two people and start at $60 each; a bottle of wine is extra.
• Snacks like peanuts and popcorn cost $4 to $6 each; specialties like hot dogs, chicken skewers and pizza range from $6 to $8 each; soft drinks cost $4 to $5 each.
• Alcohol: Beer ($8/draft) and wine (price TBA) will be sold on site.

RESTROOM FACILITIES
Located on either side of the stage and past the lawn. There are more women's restrooms than men's.
CHAIR RENTAL
NOTE: You may not bring your own lawn chair.
The facility rents lawn chairs for $5 each, and renters receive $1 back when they return the chair at the end of the night.
