The daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, Bristol Palin, is now married to Marine Dakota Meyer.
The news comes after rumors of rekindling their romance following their breakup last year.
"Life is full of ups and downs but in the end, you'll end up where you're supposed to be," Bristol Palin and Meyer told ET. "We are so happy to share with loved ones the wonderful news that we got married."
"Hard work and God's grace are the foundation of our new life together, and with the love and support of our family we know we can get through anything," they said.
The couple initially announced their engagement in March 2015, but called it off that April.
The exact date of their secret nuptials has not been announced.
The pair are parents to daughter Sailor Grace, 5 months. Palin also has a son, Tripp, 7, from her previous relationship with Levi Johnston.
