Located in the heart of historic Midtown, Ansley Park is one of Atlanta's oldest and most expensive neighborhoods. This upscale area is filled with quaint streets filled with mature trees and hearty flowers. The well-maintained landscape and rich architecture gives the neighborhood an affluent yet eclectic feel. There is plenty to keep its residents busy including delicious restaurants, a variety of shopping and beautiful community parks. For culture lovers there is the Woodruff Arts Center, which is home to the High Museum of Art and the Alliance Theatre. The Synchronicity Theatre is also less than a mile from Ansley Park.

Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward is the perfect combination of historicalcharacter and modern-day convenience. Full of charming cottages, adorable bungalows and brand new condos, there is something for everyone. This ever-evolving area is full of good food, fun festivals and vibrant nightlife. Located near the fabulous Fox Theatre and the Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts, there is never a shortage of culture. Just minutes away are smaller theatre companies such as Horizon Theatre Company and Theatrical Outfit.

Marietta is epitome of suburban Atlanta with its good schools, beautiful homes and wooded lots. East Cobb was not named Georgia's best place to live for nothing. While it has plenty in the way of family, it also offers lots of history, delicious fare, limitless shopping and rich culture all with a lower cost of living. Located in Marietta is the Out of Box Theatre, Jennie T. Anderson Theatre, Earl Smith Strand. It is also close to the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.

Although it is a diverse community, Duluth offers the best of the big city with a small-town feel. Residents can take advantage of all this town has to offer, including family events and a variety of dining. Located in the heart of Duluth is the Sugarloaf Mills Shopping Center and Gwinnett Infinite Energy Center. Also close by are the Aurora and Lionheart theatres.
