Atlanta-based TBS decided Cee Lo Green's "The Good Life" wasn't good enough for a second season. The Hollywood Reporter broke the story.

The show, which came across as a reality show but was actually semi-scripted, ran for a brief six-episode run over the summer. It featured Atlanta rap star Cee Lo and his former Goodie Mob buddies traveling the country and getting caught up various escapades, some real, some not so much.

Ratings were modest, with just 677,000 viewers after DVR usage.  That was clearly not enough for a network the size of TBS to merit a renewal.

This is part of a bad week for Cee Lo, who a few days ago pled no contest to a felony charge for slipping a woman ecstasy without her consent. He then posted a series of Tweets where he likened rape to a home invasion and believed women can only be rape victims if they are conscious. After he received some major pushback, he deleted the comments, then for a bit of time, his entire Twitter account.

TBS had already killed off the show before his controversial Twitter comments.
