Alpharetta's own Jeff Foxworthy is doing his first solo show in his hometown in nearly four years at Cobb Energy Centre on March 16, 2019.

He did a show with his "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" buddy Larry the Cable Guy last year at the Fox Theatre. And his last solo show locally was at the same venue in 2015 to celebrate the venue's 50th anniversary.

Tickets for his 2019 show go on sale on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.

Foxworthy began his career more than 30 years ago and is arguaby the most successful stand-up comic to ever come out of Atlanta. He's been able to leverage his clean-cut, regular-guy persona into his own sitcom, host of multiple game shows and the target of an annual roast on Comedy Central.  He also runs a Sirius/XM comedy channelcreates board games and continues to sell "You Might Be a Redneck" calendars. And he leads a weekly Bible study with Atlanta homeless.
