J93.3, the Christian pop station, has let go its Monk and Kelly morning show after more than two years on the air.
It appears to be budget cuts. Mid-day man Mike Lindsey takes over with Sheila Richards, according to allaccess.com. Richards had been a morning show host at J93.3 a few years back.
Jonathan Monk and Dianna Kelly are a husband-wife team and have worked together for 20 years. They've also worked in Las Vegas and Kansas City.
“It was awesome. We had the best listeners,” Monk said. “it was fun. My wife and I appreciated the support from everybody. We got to know the band members and lead vocalists of the great Christian bands. We did an interesting show. We mixed Hollywood celebrities with Christian artists.”

Several part-timers lost their jobs as well, Jonathan Monk told me. Provident Broadcasting, a subsidiary of a trucking company, runs the station.
