There has been a small kerfuffle of late about Georgia Democratic U.S. Senate hopeful Michelle Nunn and her voting habits.

She would not answer a Republican tracker's query the other day on whether she voted for President Barack Obama, but the Nunn campaign tells our AJC colleague Aaron Gould Sheinin that Nunn simply does not engage with her trackers, and she's not dodging the question.

Nunn communications director Nathan Click confirmed that yes, Nunn did vote for Obama for president. Click said Nunn is often asked that question on the campaign trail -- perhaps because the only president to appear in her ads is a Republican one -- and always affirms that she voted for Obama.

Nunn said the same herself to the Washington Post today:

"I did vote for the president. I have said throughout the campaign that we need more people in Washington working with the president – Republican or Democrat – to get things done. I pledge to do that on behalf of Georgians."

There will be no Alison Lundergan Grimes moment here, it appears.
