The House and Senate convene at 10 a.m. today.

The House is set to vote on the $21.1 billion budget that covers spending for the rest of the year.

The Senate will cast its first vote of the year on SB1, a bill that would require insurance companies to cover children with autism. Both measures are expected to pass.

We’ll also get our first look at the details of the transportation funding bill announced Wednesday by House Speaker David Ralston and are sure to hear more reaction, not all of it happy, as the details trickle out.
