The glaring similarities in a Georgia school takeover lawsuit

An eagle-eyed reader noticed a glaring similarity between the 2012 legal complaint targeting the charter school constitutional amendment, which was ultimately dismissed, and the lawsuit filed last week targeting this year's school takeover ballot initiative. See for yourself.
