But Tuesday’s vote reasserted itself, with a general consensus around this: Democrat Jon Ossoff probably won’t win outright tomorrow and avoid a June 20 runoff. And Republican Karen Handel might win that second-place spot – but that it’s the Republican side of the race that might be the most volatile.
