At a tea party-infused Gilmer County GOP forum in Ellijay on Saturday, one of the questions to the five U.S. Senate candidates in attendance was: "Obama has perjured himself on multiple occasions. Would you support impeachment if presented with a vote?"

Rep. Paul Broun, Eugene Yu and Derrick Grayson all raised their hands. Karen Handel and Art Gardner did not.

This reporter made note of the tally but didn't think too much of it. Of course Broun, who said the president only upholds the Soviet constitution and crowed about being the first one to call him a socialist, would want Obama impeached.

But national media outlets have jumped on it today, from the liberal Talking Points Memo (which produced the video above) to the conservative Daily Caller to ABC News to the Huffington Post.

Consider it a reminder of how the national press views this GOP primary.
