We thought this was a joke, too, until we got official confirmation.

Bernie Sanders supporters were so thrilled about state Sen. Vincent Fort's decision to bolt from Hillary Clinton's camp and join the Vermont senator's team that they organized a pub crawl with the senator through a string of bars on Edgewood Avenue on Friday night.

Seriously, what can go wrong?

That's not the only Democratic event scheduled this weekend. Clinton's campaign host a day of events on Saturday to encourage Democrats to vote. The campaign will also open its Atlanta office at 11 a.m. on Saturday with Rep. Hank Johnson and other supporters.

And don't forget: Republican frontrunner Donald Trump is headed to Atlanta on Sunday, his first stop after the South Carolina primary.

He'll headline a 4 p.m. rally at the Georgia World Congress Center, and he's rented out enough space to fit 10,000 people.
