New Rasmussen poll shows The Donald in decline

We have the first national survey to show Donald Trump in an apparent decline after his Fox News debate and weekend blow-up over Megyn Kelly. And former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina is on the rise. From its website:

Next with eight percent (8%) come retired neurologist Dr. Ben Carson and Senator Ted Cruz at seven percent (7%).
