Just in: Kasim Reed also to have speaking role at DNC 2016

July 21, 2016Next week's Democratic National Convention is getting more Georgia-centric by the minute.
We told you earlier today that House Minority Leader Stacey Abrams, D-Atlanta, would be speaking from the convention stage in Philadelphia on Monday.
Now, a Hillary Clinton campaign official tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed will also have a speaking role next week.
Dates and timing of Reed's address will be announced later.
