U.S. Rep. John Lewis gives an impassioned endorsement of Hillary Clinton in a new video the campaign plans to blast nationally online and on social media.

"When Hillary Clinton becomes president of the United States it will be another trip down a very long road," Lewis says in the spot. "She’s smart, she’s gifted. She is a leader. She is a fighter for what is right, what is fair, and what is just."

The civil rights legend and Georgia Democrat says Clinton will fight for everyone, to ensure that "no one, but no one, will be left out or left behind in the New America."
