It ain’t over til it’s over.

On Monday, the Senate sponsor of a casino gambling bill declared his effort dead. On Friday, Crossover Day, state Rep. Ron Stephens, R-Savannah, will bring his own casino measure, House Bill 158, before the House Regulated Industries Committee. As you can see:
