He said as soon as the 90-minute debate ended, Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway had a message for all of the Republican's surrogates. Said Bell:

Donald Trump came out tonight and did an excellent job to have a command of the issues, the command of the stage. Everybody saw tonight that he's the candidate that's going to be about solutions and about getting things done."

You'll be shocked to learn Democrats felt otherwise.

Clinton chief strategist Joel Benenson, said both candidates had a goal but only one succeeded:

Donald Trump came with a different mission. He had to try and rescue his failing campaign. I think she succeeded in talking to Americans about how we're going to build an economy that works for everyone not just those at the top.

He failed miserably."
