Herman Eugene Talmadge Jr. has died

We're in the season of obituaries. We're told that Herman Eugene Talmadge Jr., son of the late senator and governor, and grandson of yet another governor, has died at the age of 72. We are bereft of details, but are told that he suffered from liver cancer.
