David Vitter open to Medicaid expansion in Louisiana

David Vitter is one of the most conservative Republicans in the U.S. Senate, but in his campaign for governor of Louisiana he's open to expanding Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act. From The Associated Press:

It also stands in contrast to Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal, who has been adamantly opposed to the expansion as unaffordable in the long run. Democrat Jason Carter, meanwhile, is playing up his support for Medicaid expansion as he steps up his attacks on Deal.
