After a triumphant return to “Saturday Night Live” last weekend and a surprise appearance at the Emmy Awards last month, Tracy Morgan has announced the 2016 “Picking Up the Pieces” standup tour.

Morgan, who has recovered from a deadly vehicular accident in June 2014 that killed his friend, comedian James McNair, and left Morgan in a coma for two weeks, will return to the road Feb. 5 in Indiana and swing through Atlanta April 30.

Tickets for his show at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30. Tickets are $44-$64 and can be purchased at the Cobb box office, all Ticketmaster outlets, www.ticketmaster.com and by calling 1-800-745-3000.

Morgan’s appearance on “SNL” was greeted by a slew of surprise guests, including a “30 Rock” reunion with Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Jane Krakowski and Macon native Jack McBrayer. Hey, any reason for a Liz Lemon sighting is OK with us.
