Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber to perform at MTV VMAs; Britney Spears to present, Kanye West to receive Vanguard Award

Along with the debut of a new Taylor Swift video during the pre-show and an already announced performance by The Weeknd , the MTV Video Music Awards will welcome Nicki Minaj, Pharrell Williams, Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Tori Kelly, ASAP Rocky and Twenty One Pilots to the Sunday telecast.

VMA Hall of Famer Miley Cyrus will host and Kanye West will receive this year's "Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award."

Now aren’t your fingers already crossed that Swift will be the one to present him with the trophy?

Among the presenters are Britney Spears, Ne-Yo, John Legend, Rita Ora, Ice Cube and Miguel.

The VMA pre-show begins at 8 p.m. - along with the Swift video premiere, Nick Jonas and Walk the Moon are slated to perform -- with the ceremony following at 9 p.m.
