Parrotheads, and, apparently, their leader, do not like the rain.

Jimmy Buffett & The Coral Reefer Band postponed its Saturday show at PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte, N.C., because of "extreme weather" forecast (Weather.com projects 100 percent rain and 59 degrees).

The show has been moved to April 27.

Despite the recent opening of his new Broadway musical , "Escape to Margaritaville," Buffett has retained a regular presence on the road, and will play Verizon Amphitheatre in Alpharetta at 8 p.m. April 17.

But Atlanta fans don’t need to worry about a similar washout. The forecast? Mid-70s and a 20 percent chance of rain.
