Harry Styles is finally taking his long-awaited step toward solo stardom.

The mischievous One Direction-er, who released the moody, Bowie-esque “Sign of the Times” last week to international swooning and immediate success, will unveil his self-titled debut album on May 12.

The 10-track release will be packaged as a gate-fold vinyl LP, a digipak CD and a limited edition CD that includes a 32-page hardcover book featuring photos taken during the recording process.

All formats are available for pre-order beginning April 14.

Styles will debut his new music on this weekend’s “Saturday Night Live,” which will air on NBC live across all time zones for the first time in its 42 seasons.
