Deerhunter frontman Bradford Cox, who lives in Grant Park, posted several photos on his Instagram account on Dec. 4 showing himself wearing a neck brace in a hospital bed. Cox said he was hit by a car and was "still waiting for X-ray results or any real diagnoses" and that he "can’t move much" and is in "incredible pain."

According to wonderingsound.com, Cox has been hospitalized at the Marcus Trauma Center in Grady Memorial Hospital.

Cox also posted a photo of his father, who was providing support at Cox's bedside.
