12 Days of Christmas giveaway Day 1: Tickets to Andrea Bocelli at Infinite Energy Center

Good news, kids, it’s time for my annual 12 Days of Christmas giveaway.

Yes, I am aware that the real 12 Days of Christmas begins on Christmas Day, but I prefer to share things with you guys before the holiday. So for the sake of accuracy, we can call this the 12 Days Before Christmas When I Say Thanks to My Readers and Give You Stuff.

Also, because of the extreme generosity of several local promoters, venue contacts and PR reps, I actually have an extra “gift”- so this year there will be a baker’s dozen of presents.

Let's launch the 2016 edition with some romance in the form of Andrea Bocelli, who will perform with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra at Infinite Energy Center in Duluth at 8 p.m. on Valentine's Day.

Thanks to the good folks at the arena, I have a pair of tickets to give away.

The rules to enter any of the 12 Days giveaways will stay the same throughout (with dates and other obvious things changed):

Email me at mruggieri@ajc.com by 6 p.m. Dec. 14. Please do not enter if you cannot attend and please, only one entry per email address.

You must put “Day 1” in the subject line or I will not see your email. If you tell me, “I want to go!” or “Andrea Bocelli is my pretend boyfriend!,” sorry, but your message will merely become one of the hundreds in my inbox and you’ll have zero chance of winning.

I will randomly select — and contact — a winner on Dec. 15. I will also post the winning name here once I’ve received confirmation.
