The next offering from 2 Chainz will be called “Rap or Go to the League.”

The Atlanta rapper unveiled the title of this fifth solo album on a blimp floating around Los Angeles during Def Jam’s NBA All Star Weekend party.

In an Instagram post and video, 2 Chainz said his new work “shows continued growth, success, and motivation which is playing a role in the shift of the trap paradigm.” The release date is TBA.

In 2017, the rapper released "Pretty Girls Like Trap Music" and complemented it with an attention-grabbing marketing move – the Pink Trap House in Atlanta , which attracted fans from around the world.

Last week, 2 Chainz released a four-song EP, “The Play Don’t Care Who Makes It,” which boasts the quick hit “Proud,” featuring rapper YG and Migos’ Offset.

The 2 Chainz empire continues to succeed, as his Viceland TV show, “Most Expensivest,” has received a second season pickup and his new sneaker collection with Versace, “Chain Reaction,” is set to arrive this spring.
