(Updated 10:30 p.m. June 25, 2018: Cardi B has confirmed that she and Offset married in the fall of 2017.)

Fans took notice Sunday night when Migos’ Offset publicly thanked his “wife” while accepting the best group trophy on the BET Awards.

“Thank God…I thanked my wife…you should thank yours,” he said as the audience reacted with confused laughter.

The Atlanta rapper has been "engaged" to burgeoning superstar Cardi B since October, but apparently the pair has been married since September.

TMZ obtained a copy of the marriage license, filed in Fulton County court on Sept. 20, 2017, that confirms the union of Cardi B (legally Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar) and Offset (legally Kiari Kendrell Cephus).

Cardi B, who will perform at the One Musicfest in September, is pregnant with Offset's baby and is due in July. As well, the couple appears on the July issue of Rolling Stone.
