Atlanta rapper Future faces a new lawsuit in the State of Georgia Superior Court in Clayton County.

According to a release, the lawsuit contains four counts. Among them are breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

The lawsuit, filed on Monday, is on behalf of Envision, a business management firm in the entertainment sector. The firm has represented the rapper, whose real name is Nayvadius Wilburn, financially since April 2012 and is suing for upward of $125,000 in “compensatory damages,” according to the release.

The lawsuit notes that Future intentionally failed and refused to report income in excess of $900,000 during the time in question.

Leron E. Rogers, an attorney from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP (LBBS), represents the plaintiff. Rogers represents another rapper, Rick Ross and his Maybach Music Group, in an unrelated manner from a past incident.

Regarding the lawsuit against Future, Rogers says it’s simple, “Pay your bills.”

Future is signed to Sony Entertainment's Epic Records and is a resident of DeKalb County, according to the release. He was famously in a relationship with Ciara last year and has had hit singles such as "Move That Dope," "Magic" and more.
