Trump backers rally to call for 'pitchforks and torches'

If you watched the GOP convention, you may remember the performance by David Clarke, sheriff of Milwaukee County, in which he warned against the forces of anarchy that he saw rising around the country, and about the necessity of electing Donald Trump to restore law and order.

Sheriff Clarke took to Twitter this morning to issue a call to Trump supporters, a call that as you'll see, many are apparently eager to follow. (The Storify version contains a slightly longer list of reactions from Trump backers.)
