For the third time this month, the U.S. Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit that sought to stay the results of the November elections because of concerns over Barack Obama's citizenship.

The latest case was brought by a Connecticut man who claims that Obama was a British subject when born (because of his father) which would make Obama ineligible to be President.

And yet, the messages and the emails continue that the Obama Hoax citizenship continues.

So here it is, the document released by the Obama campaign earlier this year.  This is the document that is evidently caught up in a conspiracy so vast that it makes the vast Right Wing Conspiracy of the Clinton years look small by comparison.

Evidently, not only is the news media in on this, but so is the federal judiciary, which has many more Republican appointees than Democrat.  So is the U.S. Supreme Court, where seven of the nine justices have been nominated by GOP Presidents.

At the bottom it says, "This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding."

In other words, you've got to have some proof before the courts will think the document is a fake.
