The hits just keep on coming for Donald Trump, as the Professional Golfer's Association of America has decided to pull a high profile golf exhibition set for October at a Trump owned golf course in Los Angeles.

After talks on Monday with PGA officials, Trump made the announcement, saying it was "in everyone's best interest" not to hold the 2015 Grand Slam of Golf at Trump National Golf Club, as Trump's own press release noted the furor over his remarks last month about illegal immigration from Mexico.

There was no immediate announcement from the PGA as to where the October event would be held.

It was yet another business rebuke for Trump, who has seen his words on illegal immigration result in severed ties between the well known developer and NBC, Univision, Serta, Macy's and more.

The decision by Trump and the PGA came after yesterday's move by ESPN to pull the plug on a celebrity golf tournament, scheduled for next week on the same Trump National in Los Angeles.
