I could only watch this once. It's painful.

The crowd is cheering for who they think is Miss Universe when .. take that, rewind it back.

"Ok folks, I have to apologize," Steve Harvey says. "The first runner up is Columbia. Miss Universe 2015 is (Miss) Philippines."
