Honey Boo Boo is coming back to reality TV.

About a year after TLC canceled "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" amid allegations that  family matriarch "Mama June" Shannon was seeing a convicted child molester, we have news that the clan is returning to the small screen.

A new show featuring young Alana Thompson and her family begin airing in December, on some other network. It will not be the same as the TLC show, a spinoff of "Toddlers and Tiaras," but it will be reality TV - the only format the family believes in, Mama June says.
