We rarely need an excuse to drink, but sometimes it's nice to have something specific to celebrate.

Enter this year's list of 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2016 from Wine Enthusiast magazine. A recognition of "restaurants where wine, food, service and atmosphere are all integral to the overall experience," according to a statement, this year's list includes five Georgia spots.

Two of the recognized Atlanta restaurants, Miller Union and Empire State South, were also both named James Beard Award semifinalists for Outstanding Wine Program . Linton Hopkins' eatery Restaurant Eugene was also named to the list.

Athens eatery Five & Ten earns Chef Hugh Acheson , who also owns Empire State South, his second spot on the Wine Enthusiast list.

The Grey in Savannah, which was named one of the top new restaurants in the country in 2015, rounds out the group of restaurants repping for Georgia.

We'll drink to that.
