The bar is open until 2 a.m. for your late-night cravings, and the redesigned menu balances classic grub like a fiesta burger laden with jalapeño salsa with fresher fare like balsamic tomato bruschetta. A bonus- this year's DragonCon pins will be on sale at the Hard Rock Shop and a portion of proceeds go to the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

265 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta

Rum fans will want to order the special VooDoo Bucket. The secret recipe is a fusion of select rums, fresh fruit juice and other special ingredients. Throughout the convention, the gastropub hosts a tarot card reader, Cruzan models, a Red Bull DJ and select mini snacks- hot dogs, hamburgers- in addition to their regular menu.

This Asian fusion menu will create conversation, whether the debate is on picking the Pop Rocks duck pate or octopus ceviche. The restaurant is offering a free appetizer for each table of two who shows a Dragon Con ticket. And Uber rides are free to and from the restaurant from select Midtown and Downtown locations.

240 Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta

Don’t bother taking off your costume to come dine here, because those who dine dressed up will receive 20 percent off their food and drink bill. Plus, on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30 to 9 p.m. 30 bottles of wine are half-priced.

903 Peachtree Street, Atlanta

Of course the restaurant that touts the name "Villains" will cater to Dragon Con. Get your fix on Colonel Kurtz (chicken bahn mi), Nick the Pig (their take on a Cuban) or Mumm-ra (a lamb gyro) with "henchman" sides like sweet and sour Brussels or cilantro pasta salad. Anyone who dines in costume will receive 50 percent off.

And while you’re at the National Puppet Slam…

1250 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta

Walking distance from the Center for Puppetry Arts, this is the spot to grab a slice before or after the Puppet Slam. Don't feel like dining in? You can place your order online and pick it up to take back to the festivities downtown. Fans of gooey, bubbly cheese will melt at the sight of the Cheeseapalooza pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, fontina, feta and provolone, while the Hummus Amongus pushes pizza sauce aside and opts for a roasted garlic hummus base.
