It's taken a minute, but dedicated followers of the paleo diet, as well as gluten-free and CrossFit devotees can now rejoice, as chef/owner Betsy Pitts and partner Amy Lloyd are finally set to debut a new, high-tech version of Urban pL8 at 5 p.m. today at Krog Street Market.
Look for many of the items that first appeared on the menu at the original Urban pL8 on Huff Road in Atlanta’s Westside design district, with grab-and-go salads and sandwiches, and a variety of paleo and gluten-free options, including more meals to go, weekly meal plans and family meals.
