These are the stories that created buzz on the metro Atlanta dining scene this week:

Mexican restaurant Tuza is now open for lunch in the Berkeley Park neighborhood.

Formerly known as Street Taco, Tuza is open at 1523 Howell Mill Road and serving a menu featuring seven types of tacos including carnitas, Acapulco chicken, cilantro and lime shrimp and vegetarian, as well as salsa, queso and guacamole. The restaurant will also serve daily specials.

Owner Jason Sherman said the he plans to have a liquor license by the first week in December, at which time the restaurant will set its regular hours.

For now, it’s open for lunch only from 11:30-2:30 Tuesday-Saturday.

•Ford Fry's Westside restaurant Marcel, located at 1170 Howell Mill Road, will start serving lunch from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday beginning Dec. 3. Look for burgers, fries and boozy milkshakes.

•Shami Kitchen is closed in Sandy Springs, Tomorrow's News Today first reported. The restaurant, which opened last year, served a Mediterrnean menu and employed several Syrian refugees.
