Bantam + Biddy beer dinner
On Saturday evening, Bantam + Biddy on Crescent Avenue will host a beer dinner with Monday Night Brewing. The menu will feature a whole barbecue pig, plus starters and dessert paired with Monday night beers. Reception at 7 p.m. with a three-course dinner following at 7:30 p.m. Monday Night reps will be on hand to talk beer. $32, not including tax and gratuity. Steven Satterfield book party
On Sunday, Miller Union chef Steven Satterfield will host a launch party for his debut cookbook at Day Hall at Atlanta Botanical Garden. In addition to receiving an advance signed copy of "Root to Leaf: A Southern Chef Cooks Through the Seasons," guests can meet Satterfield and enjoy tastes of featured recipes from the book with beer and wine. $75 (with book) and $50 (without book), plus service fees.
