On the heels of a fundraising effort for the ACLU by more than 12 metro Atlanta coffee shops comes Cookie Grab ATL, an initiative by 21 metro Atlanta bakers and pastry chefs to raise money to support Planned Parenthood Southeast.

Cookie Grab ATL will sell 500 boxes of baked goods sales through Feb. 28 or until supplies last. Boxes are $50 each plus $2.50 for fees and packaging, with all proceeds going to Planned Parenthood Southeast. Cookies will be available to pickup on March 1 and 2 in Grant Park, Buckhead, Kirkwood, and on the Westside.

The Atlanta arm of the fundraiser -- initially started in Minneapolis -- was taken up by Sarah O'Brien of Little Tart bakery (and 2017 James Beard Award semifinalist for Outstanding Baker ), who coordinated the bakers.

Participating chef and bakers include Pamela Moxley of Miller Union , who is making coconut macaroons, Chrysta Poulos of Ford Fry's Rocket Farms , who is baking oatmeal cream pies, Sarah Dodge of 8ARM , who's making chocolate caramel pecan blondies and the teams from Little Tart (matcha sables) and Star Provisions (ginger molasses).
