Bourbon dinner and cooking class: No, you're not only drinking bourbon for dinner. As the first in a series, guests will feast on a five-course meal featuring crab, rabbit and more plus five bourbon pairings during an exclusive bourbon dinner for ten. Seasonal flavors: For a four-course winter root vegetable dinner paired with wines from the French Rhône Valley, reserve a seat for Roots and Rhônes. Wine and cheese pairings: Spend an afternoon enjoying wine and cheese pairings with accompaniments during Saturday in Piedmont, a special partnership between The Cockentrice and a certified American Cheese Society professional.
