Bourbon dinner and cooking class: No, you're not only drinking bourbon for dinner. As the first in a series, guests will feast on a five-course meal featuring crab, rabbit and more plus five bourbon pairings during an exclusive bourbon dinner for ten. Seasonal flavors: For a four-course winter root vegetable dinner paired with wines from the French Rhône Valley, reserve a seat for Roots and Rhônes. This special dinner, inclusive of herb-crusted turnip gratin and veal pot au feu, will begin at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26 at The Café at Linton's, nestled in the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Wine and cheese pairings: Spend an afternoon enjoying wine and cheese pairings with accompaniments during Saturday in Piedmont, a special partnership between The Cockentrice and a certified American Cheese Society professional. Held from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27 at The Cockentrice, the event will channel flavors of Piedmont, Italy right in Atlanta. Tickets, which are $45, may be purchased here.

Cocktails and a concert: Savor hors d'oeuvres, sip wine and cocktails and listen to the sweet vocals of Lizz Wright, a Georgia native and critically acclaimed jazz singer at 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28 at The Buckhead Theatre.
