For the second year, Le Dîner en Blanc – Atlanta , the annual secret picnic, will return on Sunday, Sept. 13. As part of the tradition, the location is kept under wraps until the very day of the all-white affair. Everything—from linens and chairs—is white. The site even a lists preferred vendors for the aforementioned. Most importantly, everyone’s clothing must be all white. No exceptions.

The event, which sold out last year, is by invite only and done in phases. Members of last year’s event automatically received an invitation to attend; they were able to register in phase one. Sponsored guests—those invited by a member—can register starting at 10 a.m. today during phase two. The highly coveted $45 tickets, which includes membership, will only be available for two days. They will sell out fast. If you don't snag a ticket in phase two, you’re relegated to phase three—the registered wait-list, which begins at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26.

More from the press release:

The annual secret affair promises another unforgettable evening of elegance, beauty, and magic as it takes over an iconic location for food, fun, celebration, and dancing set against the Atlanta skyline!

“Our goal is to bring together the people of Atlanta for a memorable evening in the city they love at a venue they may not normally be able to access for an elegant dinner with friends,” says Cleveland Spears III, co-organizer of Dîner en Blanc – Atlanta.

How to sponsor someone: When you process your registration, you will have the option to sponsor someone, who will then receive their own invitation to register in Phase 2. This does not happen UNTIL you have confirmed your registration.

If you would like to share this experience with other friends, family and colleagues, please have them sign up for the waiting list by simply clicking on atlanta.dinerenblanc.info/register.
