Sunday, April 23: Join Chefs Collaborative local leader Steven Satterfield of Miller Union for Supper at the Farm, a potluck-style spread of vegetable sides, grains, breads, pickles and desserts, all made with seasonal and local ingredients from 4-7 p.m. at Love is Love Farm at Gaia Gardens . Guests will be able to enjoy mutton from White Oak Pastures and goat from Decimal Place Farm as well. Participating chefs will also include Anne Quatrano of Bacchanalia, Star Provisions and Floataway Café; Ryan Smith of Staplehouse; Zeb Stevenson of Watershed; and Drew Belline of No. 246. Chefs Collaborative, a national nonprofit organization, has a mission to inspire, educate, and celebrate chefs and food professionals building a better food system.
