Pie Shop , famous for its motto "Pie Is Love" and pie "happy hour" sampling events, recently opened a second Atlanta location at 1037 N. Highland Avenue next to Moe's and Joe's in Virginia-Highland.
Owner Mims Bledsoe debuted her first Pie Shop in Buckhead in 2011, offering a rotating selection of some 100 different pie flavors, available whole or by the slice, along with savory pot pies, fried pies and other treats.
Bledsoe has also opened Safro's , a takeaway casserole shop at 3185 Roswell Road in Buckhead, featuring the likes Mexican Casserole, Chicken Tettrazzini and BBQ Pork with Cheddar Spoonbread.
