Here in Atlanta we may be far removed from the New York City haute cuisine, so it is through the cookbooks of acclaimed chefs that we can immerse ourselves in their work. One such is Prune, a restaurant in the Lower East Side known for its eccentric multicultural influences. This year marks their 15th anniversary, and chef Gabrielle Hamilton releases her anticipated cookbook. Aptly named PRUNE, the cookbook includes more than 250 recipes from the restaurant, including handwritten notes by Hamilton herself.

On November 3, Hamilton will be in Atlanta to celebrate her latest cookbook for a dinner event at Restaurant Eugene. The evening consists of a reception with passed hors d'oeuvres, and a four-course dinner with wine pairings.

Hamilton’s cookbook officially releases November 4.
