Party on the patio in Kennesaw. Sip beer outdoors in Midtown. There are several fun, food events happening in Atlanta, so add one or all four of the following activities to your calendar. Be prepared to eat, drink and have a grand ole time.

Thursday, Aug. 3: Head to the rooftop patio of 5Church Atlanta for another installment of tap takeover, which will feature craft beers and local fare from 5-7:30 p.m. The Midtown hotspot will team up with Terrapin Beer Co. and will serve brews on tap including the popular Hopsecutioner American IPA, Luau Krunkles Passion–Orange–Guava IPA, Sound Czech Pilsner and Blueberry Thyme Saison. These beers will be served as a flight of four ($20) or as single pints ($7) and available on the rooftop patio only. A menu of small bites will be available; round up your crew for a friendly game of cornhole, shuffle board or foosball while there too.

Ongoing Thursdays: ONE. midtown kitchen offers an exclusive 5-6-7 dining experience featuring five special, off-the-menu courses created by executive chef Matt Weinstein at the six-person chef's counter at 7 p.m. Each seat at the table is $55. Saturday, Aug. 5: Appa's , the pop-up come brick and mortar Korean restaurant, will host a bento box party which may include faves like sushi rolls, hand and specialty rolls and sides from 12-9:30 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 6: Head to Kennesaw for Fuji Hana Thai Peppers' full moon party, which will feature signature micro makimono rolls including the fired up tuna roll, scorched scallop roll and langosta roll along with a salad for $7 from 5-10 p.m. The party will take place on restaurant's new patio, which includes a landscape scene of Mt. Fuji, painted by local muralist Scott McIntyre; music will round out the festivities. A portion of the evenings sales will benefit the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's new Kennesaw facility.
