Park Cafe & Wine Baran upscale Southern bistro located at 3579 W. Lawrenceville St. in downtown Duluth, is under contract. Open since 2007, the restaurant is owned by Michael Ganley, who also serves as the executive chef and also operates the Payne-Corley House in Duluth.

"Owner lives three blocks away but is focused on two other Duluth businesses and is unable to grow Park Cafe to full potential," according to a statement from Atlanta Restaurant Real Estate. "The seller is willing to assist fully in transition to make it as smooth as possible."

Park Cafe also has a retail wine section.

The restaurant received one star when it was reviewed by former AJC food writer Jenny Turknett in 2011.

"Set in the historic Knox House in downtown Duluth, you feel as if you're in someone's home --- warm and comfortable. And just as at a dinner party, the experience at Park Cafe is unpredictable," she wrote.
