A familiar face is returning to Serenbe, and he’ll be introducing two new restaurants to the community.

Nicolas Bour will serve as executive chef and VP of Food and Beverage over all Serenbe Hospitality restaurant concepts including The Farmhouse, The Hill and Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop.

He will also work on health food concept Halsa, set to open this fall, and an unnamed Italian restaurant set to open in 2019, with more in the works.

Bour will also lead the chef de cuisines at each of the current restaurants.

He previously served as the chef at The Farmhouse for two years, and has also worked at Ocean

House in Rhode Island, Lowes Coronado Bay Resort, Humphrey’s in San Diego and the now-shuttered Atlanta restaurant Iris Restaurant.

Most recently he opened a restaurant at Alohilani Resort in Hawaii and competed in Season 13 of Food

Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay”.

Founded by the Nygren family in 2004, Serenbe is a "biophilic community connected to nature on the edge of Atlanta," in Chattahoochee Hills, according to a press release.
